At New English Teas, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase, which is why we offer a 30-day return policy for unopened and unused products. Due to the perishable nature of our tea, we cannot accept returns on items that have been opened or consumed unless they are faulty.
Initiate Your Return
Contact our customer service team via email with your order number and reason for return to receive a Return Authorization code.
Prepare Your Package
Carefully pack the unopened tea tins or gift sets in their original shipping box or similar protective packaging to prevent damage during transit.
Ship the Item
Affix the provided return label or address the package to our warehouse; please note that return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is defective.
Receive Your Refund
Once our quality control team inspects the returned goods, we will process a refund to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
